This session looks at the different types of conduct situations considered in OG v AG and then analyses the guidance provided by Peel J in Tsvetkov -v- Khayrova [2023] EWFC 130 with attention on the circumstances in which misconduct could affect a substantive award in financial remedy proceedings. Guidance is also provided on procedure and case management of financial remedy cases. In addition, consideration is given to anonymisation of judgments and the categories of cases in which publication is more likely to occur.
