How long is 1 Distance Learning product?
All of our webinars and DVD's are about 60 minutes. Not all legal professionals are required to measure hours, but if you do, it will count towards 1 hour of CPD.
Once the webinar is over, will I have access to the materials and recording?
All webinars are valid for 90 days from either the date they are purchased or the date the webinar becomes available. You can download the supplementary notes or presentation slides to keep, as long as you do so before the expiry time.
How do I access the webinar?
After you have made online payment, you will receive an email with your unique access to the webinar. This link is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase or the date the webinar becomes available for pre-order.
How do I claim my CPD?
To the right hand side of your webinar under "related links" you can click to provide feedback. When your feedback is submitted to confirm you have completed the session, your CPD certificate will be issued and sent to you in an email to the address you provided at check out. You can keep the certificate for your own records and submit it to your regulator or association if necessary.

How do I find out about the Distance Learning DVD’s?
All of our webinars are available in DVD format. There is an additional £5 administration fee for all DVDs.
How do I purchase a Distance Learning DVD?
Please contact our customer services team on 01332 226 601 who will be happy to assist. Please note all DVD’s incur an additional admin charge of £5.
What if my session is only available for pre-order?
After purchase, you will be notified by email when your webinar or DVD is available.
The 90 day access period will start from the date the webinar becomes available.
What software do I need to watch the webinar?
Absolutely none - just your normal PC, laptop or device. The webinar will be streamed online so you will need an internet connection. We recommend using Google Chrome for optimum viewing.
