Family Tree Research
Title Research conducts all research either on a fixed fee or time and expense basis. We can commence enquiries into a deceased’s family tree with just the information contained on their death certificate. Our approach to probate genealogy is comprehensive and we prove everything where possible by documenting all relevant events of birth, marriage, and death as well as interviewing potential heirs. Our research methodologies are accepted by major insurers and we are regulated by the FCA to assist with obtaining suitable policies.

International Assets
Title Research can assist with the transfer and sale of North American shareholdings, including obtaining a Medallion Signature Guarantee where required. When US assets exceed $60,000 at date of death, we can assist with making application to the IRS for tax clearance as part of the double taxation treaty, a requirement of most US financial institutions. We manage a network of international probate specialists and can assist with resealing or obtaining foreign Grants in multiple jurisdictions.
