The results of their December client satisfaction survey confirm this. As we begin 2021, ten months into a global pandemic, it is probably fair to say that many people running law firms, and those of us supporting law firms with tech, are feeling more than a little jaded and battle-scarred from the events of the last 12 months. However, many firms are much wiser and far better prepared for the New Year ahead, than they were at this time last year. Much of our industry’s resilience comes from having learnt what, and who, can be trusted in terms of their technology set up. The firms in better shape have software that is proven to empower fee earners and support staff to work easily and efficiently from home, during these challenging times.
