Located across England and Wales our specialist psychologists typically complete around 250 instructions in family proceedings each year.

We are known for the quality and consistency of our psychological reports and evidence in complex care proceedings and in high-conflict residence and contact disputes where parental alienation has been alleged. We are also frequently instructed to complete Mental Capacity Act assessments at short notice and where the report needs to be filed within a 2-week timeframe.

We primarily work throughout England and Wales but in recent years have acted as expert witnesses in family proceedings overseas including the Channel Islands, Gibraltar and the Falkland Islands.

We assess adults, children and families and have specialist expertise in a wide range of issues including mental capacity, deprivation of liberty, parenting ability, domestic violence and substance misuse, risk of violence, sexual offending and risk of re-offending, learning disability, autism, PDA & ADHD, personality disorder, parental neglect/physical, sexual and emotional abuse, attachment issues, risk assessments, therapeutic needs of parents, timescales and prospect of change, special educational needs, anxiety based school refusal, gender identity issues.
