The National Brain Appeal
The National Brain Appeal
The National Brain Appeal provides much-needed funds to support The National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery and the UCL Institute of Neurology – together known as Queen Square. Queen Square is one of the world’s leading centres for the diagnosis, treatment and care of patients with neurological and neuromuscular conditions. We want to improve the outcome and quality of life for everyone affected by a neurological condition. These include brain tumours, stroke, epilepsy, dementias, MS and Parkinson’s disease to name but a few. We achieve our vision by funding state of the art equipment, major building programmes, life-saving research and training tomorrow's clinicians – over and above what the NHS can provide. By leaving a legacy gift in your will to The National Brain Appeal, you can make a real difference to the projects that we fund. We rely on legacy gifts to get projects up and running quickly and legacies have helped us to initiate many crucial programmes over the years. We are extremely grateful for every legacy left to us, whether big or small, enabling us to offer more support to advance the field of neurology and neurosurgery. Even leaving a legacy gift of just 1% of your estate can, and will, make a very real difference. |
