David Cook JP FCA MAE, Director, Forensic Accounting is a Justice of the Peace, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered accountants in England and Wales, accredited by them as a Forensic Accountant, a member of the Academy of Experts and accredited by them as an Expert, a member of the Society of Expert Witnesses and of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
He has considerable and extensive experience of acting as an Independent Expert Forensic Accountant for both Prosecution/Claimant and Defence and has given Evidence in Court and at Mediation on numerous occasions on both Criminal and Civil matters.

Chris Gahagan LL.B FCA - Director, Forensic Accounting
Chris Gahagan LL.B, FCA, Director, Forensic Accounting is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, an Associate Member of the Academy of Experts and is a member of the Society of Expert Witnesses.
Having worked in both professional practice and commerce he has an in-depth knowledge of finance, accounting and taxation and has vast commercial and corporate experience.
He has developed considerable experience in forensic accounting, particularly in relation to valuations, commercial disputes, matrimonial disputes, professional negligence, expert determination, fraud and other criminal matters including actions under The Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA).
